Haiku

 

Another poetry item we have done this term is a haiku, for this one Miss Power gave us the choice to do one on Winter or the Olympics and the other of our choice.

For writing this term we are doing poetry, We had to write 2 limericks and after we had to put them on a google drawing and add pictures.

Matariki Poster

 

This was one of the create tasks for Matariki, this task we had to make a poster and write information on it about Matariki. 

Matariki

 

Since it is Matariki we have been doing learn, create, share tasks on it. We had 8 create and 6 learn and blogging is a share task. This is a create task. We had to research what different countries do to celebrate New Years.

Olympics

 

Since the olympics is coming up this month, when we went to the library Mrs Costello was teaching us about the olympics and which events are in it. We had a variety of tasks to choose from and this was one of them. Here are my sprinting facts.
